Yes, vendor coordination is available as part of our on-the-day service and is included within our full planning packages. If you have already contracted your own suppliers and need us to manage them on the day, we offer vendor coordination as a standalone add-on at an additional fee. We will align all timelines, briefs, and logistics so you never have to manage a single WhatsApp group on your wedding day.

For weddings and large milestone events, we recommend reaching out at least 9 to 12 months ahead, particularly if you have a specific venue in mind. For corporate events and more intimate celebrations, 4 to 6 months is typically sufficient. That said, we always encourage an early conversation, even if your date is not yet confirmed, as our availability is limited by design.

Some of the most considered celebrations we have been part of have taken place around a family dining table or in a garden that meant something. The space matters far less than the intention behind it.

Our home is Dubai and the UAE, and the majority of our events are held here. We do take a small number of destination event briefs each year for clients whose celebrations carry them elsewhere. If you have an event outside the UAE in mind, please share the details when you enquire and we will let you know whether we can take it on.

On-the-day coordination means you have handled the planning yourself and you need a trusted professional present to manage timelines, direct suppliers, and ensure the day runs exactly as intended.
